My Spice mixes originated from a need for high quality flavourings in my own cooking, that are nut free, lower in salt and free of added sugar.
All Dad’s Spice Mixes contain only the highest quality ingredients, chosen specifically to enhance the flavours in your cooking.
There are a lot of things not in the mixes; no nuts, no sesame seeds, no sugar, binders, fillers like rice flour, anti caking agents, added colours, preservatives (other than salt) or MSG to bulk up the jar, only the best available spices. We also try to limit gluten too!
Carefully and skilfully blended here in Melbourne by a commercial blending company under strict HACCP regulations to our exact recipes, we then pack and ship directly to you.

The “Dad’s Spice Mix” brand is still new but growing and proudly located in Melbourne, Australia.
