This is a special mix originally created for ‘Bob’, from South Australia. With a number of allergies and dietary limitations, but a love of bbq, Bob wanted more than just salt and pepper to season his steaks.

As per his request, the blend contains no Garlic, no Onion, no Chilli, Cayenne or Paprika. Instead it is a Coffee and Cumin rich blend with notes of Jamaican Pimento. Packing big flavour this is great on steaks and anything ‘low and slow’ smoked.
